Even though I think everyone should work in hospitality or retail once in their life to have some perspective and respect, I've put together the basics for you. Sushi, some love it and some hate it. These Japanese raw fish dishes are often a controversial dinner choice but for those who can’t get enough of the stuff, you are in luck. Dublin has exploded in recent years with new sushi bars and Japanese restaurants. Some will leave you with a newfound appreciation for the cuisine and others might turn you way from fish all together. So how are we to know where to dive in and where to dodge altogether. We have scoured the streets of Dublin and through a rigorous process of some (delicious) tastings of what the city has to offer, here are what we believe are the perfect spots for any of you sushi lovers. My trip to Thailand was the most wonderful experience of my life. It was the first time I had ever left Europe, my first long haul flight and the first time I truly learned about and embraced different culture. In Thailand I island hopped, partied until sunrise at the infamous Koh Phangan Full Moon Party as well as explored cities and rainforest too. It is a trip which I will never forget. The vibrant, beautiful ‘land of smiles’ truly lived up to its name and the expectations I had created for it from hearing many other people’s south east Asia Travel stories. The majestic, breath taking temples and pristine waters which look like a filtered photograph are truly amazing.
