Let's be honest, we are busy individuals. Trying to have a consistent gym routine when juggling work, college, social life and everything else that comes with being a busy human means we can't always stick to the ideal routine. However, sometimes you don't need all the fancy gym equipment and fancy swimming pools to get the ideal workout in.
