Sushi, some love it and some hate it. These Japanese raw fish dishes are often a controversial dinner choice but for those who can’t get enough of the stuff, you are in luck. Dublin has exploded in recent years with new sushi bars and Japanese restaurants. Some will leave you with a newfound appreciation for the cuisine and others might turn you way from fish all together. So how are we to know where to dive in and where to dodge altogether.
