Bray to Greystones cliff walk
Mar 17, 2020 10:28:23 AM / by Cathal McCrory posted in ThingstodoDublin, DayOffDublin
This walk is one of the highlights of walking in Ireland. It is approximately 7 Kilometres and takes around 2.5 hours to walk, the route takes you from Bray to Greystones along the gorgeous coastal path. The pathway laid out is well maintained and is located near the rail line so you can return by dart to the starting point. It is around 25 minute walk from the dart to start the cliff walk and you make your way to the beach from Bray station then follow the beach south all the way to the end. The walk starts here and you have great views of the sea on your left and the hillside on the right. The views from the cliff are beautiful and the surface can get stony at times so I would recommend wearing runners as they are probably the best shoes to wear as the path is very well maintained but during the winter parts can be quite muddy whereas in the summer its completely dry.
