We know that the additional measures may have come as a shock to some, but for many it was inevitable. As we try to figure out a routine and new working conditions, as an increasing number of us work from home (WFH), it can be easy to forget about your health and wellbeing. Especially when all the gyms and studios are now closed for the foreseeable future. While some of us are blessed enough to have access to home gym equipment, not everyone is as fortunate. With the gym’s closed it can be tough to motivate yourself to workout at home. Many people don’t have gym equipment in their house and going for runs is not everyone's cup of tea.
