Now that you’ve learnt from my last two blogs about how to sustain Veganism and how some of your favourite Celebrities practice Veganism, you must now know that Veganism is not only limited to food but is a holistic and distinctive kind of lifestyle that is not only healthy but is also beneficial for the environment and living beings.
Let me show you how it has been doing wonders for me in idiosyncratic ways;
1. My hair, my hair falls perfectly without me trying!
Not just my tummy but my hair needs food too! And, this Vegan hair mask by Garnier strengthens my hair and makes it look satiny. The frizziness no longer endures and makes my hair feel cushioned. The vegan hair food is unisex in nature. The exotic aroma that comes from papaya, amla, coconut and macadamia keep me fresh in the head. Post you cleanse it, you’ll be able to easily run your brush through your hair. Believe me, the head feels free of all the load.
Once you rinse your hair after conditioning, apply it all over on your hair and leave it for 5 minutes. Wash it thoroughly with cold water and boom… get that confidence and oscillate your hair like you own the world!
2. Jeez, how is that makeup blended so well!
All thanks to Elf cosmetics that cater variety of skincare products that makes me look like a diva. The ingredients and the makeup brushes are vegan, cruelty-free, is not animal-derived and extremely reasonable. Try yourself and feel like a queen.
And, all you boys reading this, now you know what next to gift your friend, girlfriend, mother, sister, aunt and me!
3. My hands are soft & burnished!
It’s the magic of Veganism that makes me feel all groomed. Lacura Natural Hand & Nail cream is suitable for all skin types. The products are made from 100% natural ingredients. The shea butter and sweet almond oil will shield your hands from getting dried and dusty. A secret – when applied on toes, it keeps them nourished and well-whiffed. Also, can be used by all genders.
4. They say leave a little sparkle wherever you go...
Thanks to this certified cruelty-free Vegan perfume by Primark that has a prominent sweet and floral scent. It makes me leave more than a little long-lasting aroma wherever I go…
5. I can't espresso how much you bean to me...
Since my childhood I have been mildly lactose intolerant which means I have problems digesting milk. I have never been a coffee or tea drinker. Dairy always made me feel sick. Thanks to the alternatives of dairy like soy milk, almond milk, oat milk and coconut milk that I can pull off my instagram & quarantine challenges like Dalgona coffee by incorporating one of these with coffee. Ladies & Gentlemen, go, do your Dalgona coffee challenge using one of the above milk substitutes, tag @theveganbrews on instagram/facebook and we shall repost it!
6. Remember to pamper yourself!
It’s a pretty luxurious kit. The moment you open the package, you feel the essence of aromatic Ayurveda that comes from rose, saffron, aloe vera, sandalwood, almond, honey & jasmine. The brand ‘Forest Essential’ is 100% vegan. It enriches your skin, is travel-friendly and you can use it as a daily skincare routine. It does wonders to your skin as Ayurveda is one of the most effective and natural forms of medication. The kit contains facial cleanser, facial toner, sunscreen lotion, facial nourishing cream, facial scrub and lip balm. Ladies & gentlemen, the kit has everything that your skin longs for.
7. How do I get the confidence to wear all white and roam around freely!
I give the due credits to this vegan liquid detergent by Almat for ameliorating clothes neat & tidy. The vegan ingredients make it a strong stain removal, coloured garments retain their colours, it comes out with a subtle fragrance and is also gentle on your skin. So all you big boys, don't be conscious of wearing all white while playing playing your favourite sports and ladies don't you now worry of the stains.
8. I am currently on cloud wine!
Wine is known to improve heart health. The fining process includes egg, milk and fish. A vegan wine is the one that is not made with animal products. So wine producers leave the particles to sink naturally to the bottom or use non-animal fining products like bentonite or pea protein. This Vegan wine is by Santa Rita, produced in Chile. This white wine is crisp and refreshing. It includes citrus and has a silky texture. Also, while you relish the taste of this vegan wine, remember to drink responsibly.
Summing it up; Veganism is not just what you eat but also what you wear and how you live by adapting the most eco-friendly way.
From all that you've read about Veganism so far from my blogs, I hope you have learnt a fair bit about this captivating lifestyle. Now you know exactly how to 'brew' it!
Devour in it and blossom.
And, remember the future is Vegan!
