Rosa Madre
The exact place to celebrate a special occasion is in Temple Bar. Every morning the best Irish seafood suppliers deliver their products in 7 Crow Street Where Luca is already there to prepare the location for a sold out night.
At the second floor of the restaurant you can notice a never ending choice of bottles in the wine cellar, in my opinion the best in Dublin! Wines from all around the world, with a focus on French champagne.
What makes this place special is the combination of a fantastic menu and a really elegant atmosphere, if you love raw seafood you must try it for your next special occasion:
Our favorite dish is Selezione di Crudo $$$$
Manifesto
To enjoy a glimpse of Rathmines, bohemian suburb situated just in the south Dublin Grand Canal, have a pizza in the innovative but also traditional restaurant Manifesto.
The Italian Chef and his team make their own pasta, souces, bread and dessert everyday, and Manifesto’s pizza have won Golden medals at the pizza world championships 2006 and 2018.
Are you ready to experience it?
We really suggest you to try our favorite Pizza : MAMY(Gold medal awarded best pizza in the world 2006) $$$
Pinocchio
At Pinocchio you feel like home, this is the motto of Marco and Maurizio, 2 Italian entrepreneurs who decided to team up 15 years ago and open different businesses in Ireland.
We often visit one of their restaurants: Pinocchio in Ranelagh, situated just beside the Luas stop.
Not only the food is outstanding, this place is distinguished by a really cozy atmosphere, service is excellent and for this reason it became a landmark for the whole neighborough.
The authentic Italian cuisine proposes delicious dishes from Molise, a region in the south of Italy.
Must to try: Paccheri, Guanciale, Cipolla rossa e Pecorino
Paccheri pasta with pork cheeks in a creamy red onion with fresh pecorino cheese $$$
Dolce Sicily
Dolce in Italian means Sweet or Dessert, my dream breakfast it’s in Dolce Sicily, but unfortunately I do not live in city Center.
The place is located in st.Anne street Dublin 2, the location has been renewed recently adding different floors and a colourful restaurant, until last year this business was a small cafeteria in Dawson street.
Goes without saying that now they have a fantastic restaurant with a real Sicilian Menu, What really makes this place unique is the Patisserie.
I can guarantee you will find the same custard cream and ricotta cream you can taste in Catania,
Our favorite dessert here is : TART RICOTTA & NUTELLA $
BUON APPETITO!
