No need to take a long time but enough for your daily exercise in just a few minutes. This kind of exercise gives you a whole body training and a stage rest during the workout. It is considered as a high-strength workout that moves your whole body and gives you a chance to strengthen your body function, which is the most needed for everyone to defend yourself from the virus.

3. Dance workout
