We know that the additional measures may have come as a shock to some, but for many it was inevitable. As we try to figure out a routine and new working conditions, as an increasing number of us work from home (WFH), it can be easy to forget about your health and wellbeing. Especially when all the gyms and studios are now closed for the foreseeable future. While some of us are blessed enough to have access to home gym equipment, not everyone is as fortunate. Below you can find some 'sanity savers' which are there to keep us moving and feeling somewhat normal.

Yoga:

    1. Modo Yoga

Modo Yoga hosts classes on Instagram Live for free. However, there is a suggested donation requested if you can do so. After all, people need to live.

    2. Yoga with Adriene

Perhaps some of you have heard of this YouTube account, she offers free YouTube classes and has several '30-day yoga journeys' also.
    3. Erin Francesca @errinfrancesca

Erin is an amazing yoga teacher currently based in Liverpool. She does IGTV/Instagram Live yoga sessions with a donation option to help support her.

HIIT:

    1. 7-minutes workout app

One of the world's best workout apps.
    2. The BodyCoach TV

20-minute fitness videos, he is also doing some Instagram Live workouts.
    3. FitOnapp
This iOS app is free and has a host of quality workouts, mobility and cardio.

Running:

    1. Nike Run Club

Well-known fitness running app which is personalised and encouraging.
    2. Strava:

Try to beat the record on the hill in your local town. Strava allows you to share your routes and times with the community.

    3. UnderArmour Map My Run:

      Another great free running app.

There you have it, something for everyone. Looking after our health and wellness is more important than ever in times like this. Stay safe, stay healthy!
