Other exhibitors want to raise consumer awareness by making parts from unmodified materials. The exhibition "Ceci n'est pas un déchet", created by Clarissa Acario and Sofia Linares, showcases totally upcycled parts. For this exhibition, the two designers invited the plastic artist and photographer Tikriti, who presented his fake brand made from waste paper in the textile industry. The exhibition serves to raise awareness of the fact that waste is free of charge, that with it it is possible to make ready-to-wear clothes. The parts are not intended for sale, but serve to open a debate on the material recycling circuit.
