With the gym’s closed it can be tough to motivate yourself to workout at home. Many people don’t have gym equipment in their house and going for runs is not everyone's cup of tea. We have found some great at home workouts you can do to stay fit while social distancing. And for the people that despise working out all together, we have shared some games to make it fun.

This 10 minute Ab & and Oblique Sculpter workout by Blogilates is a short but effective ab workout. Get motivated by Cassey and follow her instructions throughout the video. Joe Wicks, also known as the Body Coach, has started live PE classes, Monday to Friday at 9am on his YouTube page. This class originally began to get the kids moving now that school is closed, but it is suitable for all the family to join in to get your burst of energy in the morning!
