Hop on the 46A just off St. Stephen’s Green or the D.A.R.T at Pearse/Connolly Station and enjoy a day out in Dun Laoghaire - one of Dublin’s most desirable coastal towns. This pretty little town has lots to offer. Visit the popular Dun Laoghaire food market followed by a swim in the 40 ft. Whether you want to ‘take the plunge’ or dip your toes, it’s a lovely refreshing way to end your day. You could also pop into Wetherspoons on your way home if you fancy a drink or two.

If you’re on a budget and want to see some of Ireland’s beautiful coastal scenery, the Bray to Greystones walk comes highly recommended. Start off in Bray and take in the amazing landscape as you walk along the cliffs to Greystones. Treat yourself to a healthy lunch at the Happy Pear as you end your walk in Greystones. The Dart from Connolly station stops in both Bray and Greystones so don’t worry if you’re too tired, you don’t have to walk back.
